Dear All,
In QM notification we need auto task list determination, we configured in SPRO like Response profile and service profile. Its working fine task list is determined according to the Response profile. But, these task list are coming in Header level not in Item level.
For some notification types there is no Task list tab in Header level.
I need this task list should be determine in Item level.
