SM_CRM and STWB_INFO Interface?


I have created one ticket through t.code SM_CRM for one of my test case and later on I have changed the status of that ticket from "New" to "In Process" and Saved it.

Afterwards I have checked the status for the same ticket through t.code STWB_INFO (Message Overview) and it is still reflecting "New".

It is taking to much time to refresh the status from "New" to "In process" in STWB_INFO.

My question is where we change the see settings for this interface and change the time interval so it can immediately reflect the changes in STWB_INFO?
