Hi Guys

I am facing issues in consuming a webservice (REST) from SAP PI to Sharepoint.

The idea is this, SAP CRM and ERP has some data, which is released through SAP PI to the outside world in form of a SAP PI (REST based) interface, Now when we consume this from Sharepoint online we get an error of cross domain etc etc.

I am looking for a idea of how this will work by entirely using client based code in sharepoint, if it cant be done then I will be happy to receive any sort of guidance that will help me consume this interface.

PS: I think we can consume the service using azure, but thats a last option I want to use. I am looking for a custom approach to consume this one webservice.

Hi Atush,

To consume the SAP PI REST data from sharepoint will be equal that other rest consumptions in sharepoint.

Also you can evaluate to add the SOAP connection in SAP PI when you have all the integration done in PI is easier and the wsdl generation is quicker. I haven't code in sharepoint, but to generate the classes from wsdl is easier in a lot of languages.

Regards.
