Is there any formal mobile issue log tracker handled by SAP? Mobile Learning


My company is a bit concerned about all the mobile issues that seem to occur with learning content via the SAP SF Learning mobile app. We are alreardy working with SkillSoft for our current LMS and we are to move to SAP SF learning. Our SkilSoft consultant made us aware of a particular issue that's come to light with regard completion of courses in the Successfactors app and that it doesn't work! It seems that content from other vendors are also impacted.

In this respect and from a mobile learning content perspective, I would like to know how the different types of issues with the SF mobile app are being handled and if there is any specific location where I can find the list and status for each known and critical mobile issue, and how they are being handled, tracked by SAP.

After the reading a few messages regarding issues with the SAP SuccessFactors mobile app, I think this is very important for a customer to be aware of:

- Full description of each issue impacting mobile learning,
- Current status,
- ETA for resolution (if applicable),
- etc..

Does such and information exist and if yes, where can I find this please?
