InfoSpoke

I have built an InfoSpoke to export data to a local flat file. My questions are:

1) If I use an InfoSpoke to export the data, is the data no longer available in the cube

2) How do you carry out the export after the InfoSpoke has been built?

Thanks

    Hi Niten,

To see whether your Infospoke is fine or not try this:

Remove the selections in the infospoke and execute. Check the file. If data exists in the file then there is problem with the selection and not the Infospoke. If there is no data then recheck whether you have selected the correct fields.

    Hi Niten,

    1. No. The data in the cube is not affected. It just fetches the data like a select statement and stores in a flatfile.

    2. It is pretty simple. Goto RSBO -> choose the cube -> and choose where you want the data to be stored. In DB table or flatfile(either app server or workstation).

    Bye
