Early Going/Late coming for shift in/out and Lunch in/out

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where client is asking to deduct leave balance (CL--->PL----> SL---->LoP) if employee is late by 15 minutes (either in/out). For first 3 times in a month there is no duduction. on 4th occurrence, one leave balance will be deducted. the same is continues for 8th, 12th occurrence as well. Is it possible to deducted leave as per above order via PCR ? Secondly, for lunch (13:00-14:00) also if employee avail break 5 mins more again counter for leave deduction will follow same rule.

EX: Employee came late : 3 times a month

Employee went early : 2 times a month

Employee went for lunch early: 2 times

Employee came late from lunch: 2 times

So total 9 times (3+2+2+2) he was late so his 2 days leave should be deducted. Can we able to achieve this via PCR ??

Please help with the operations to refer for the same.
