PZ31 - Saving/deleting qualifications not in ESS qual catalog

Hi,

We are using PZ31 for employees to maintain qualifications. We have a special qualifications catalogue that is only for ESS. Employees can be assigned qualifications that are not from the ESS catalogue from R/3 as well.

The problem we have is that through ESS employees can maintain the non-ESS catalogue qualifications.

Does anyone know of a standard way to be able to limit the actions on non-ESS catalogue qualifications without touching the ESS ones?

I have searched for any special security we could put on either through objects or BAdI and found nothing.

To me, it looks like we have 2 options: 1) modify PZ31 2) copy PZ31.
