While I've worked with repserver for ~15 years, I have no idea what you mean by 'take over scenario' soooo, you'll need to provide a bit more detail on what it is you're trying to accomplish.

As for 'activate standby side' ... also a bit confusing as 'active' and 'standby' tend to indicate the source and target databases in a Warm Standby configuration. Again, will need a good bit more info on what you're trying to accomplish.

We installed repserver with installation master. Now we want to test repserver but we don 't know how to use that. We have 2 sybase db, one of them sitea and the other one siteb. SAP system is working on sitea, and we want to turn on siteb to work our SAP system with siteb. Is there any parameter or command for this situation?

The bad news ... there are quite a few details to installing, configuring, troubleshooting and monitoring repserver ... more than can be addressed in this forum. You could start with a review of the Design Guide and Quick Start Guide (ASE to ASE), but you'll likely need to get some training and/or hire someone with repserver experience.

The good news (kinda) ... SAP has attempted to remove a good bit of the complexity of repserver by providing KBA/notes, scripts and various transactions to help with setting up and maintaining repserver when used in a SAP application environment (eg, to implement a HA/DR solution). I don't work with SAP applications so all I can say at this point ... search SAP's KBA/notes for help with repserver, open a case with your SAP application tech support, and/or wait for someone with SAP application + repserver experience to respond to this thread.
