Hi Experts,
I am using GRC 10.1 SP14 and in the process of configuring the Decentralized FF,
Currently the controller is receiving only one type of notification,by email or to work inbox based on the notification method selected in the NWBC by allocating controller; However,
my requirement is- The controller has to receive the FF login notification by email and as well as to his work inbox(NWBC work inbox), both ways. May I know what are the settings I have to do for this?
And the email notification which the controller is receiving now is look like:
Dear XXXXX
The firefighter application support functional had logged in using XXXXX on system XXXXX
Log report can be found at Log details
Kind regards,
Superuser privilege management.
However, my requirement is the controller has to receive the email should be like in this format:
Dear XXXXX,
The login notification details for the Firefighter ID XXXXX in
system XXXXXX using Reason code 'XXXXX' is as follows :
Firefighter:XXXXX
Owner: XXXXX
Date & Time: XXXXX
Reason code: XXXX
Activity: XXXXX
Kind Regards,
Access Control Administrator
Could you please help me with the settings for this?
Thanks & Regards,
Brahmaiah Patheparapu
Thanks for your reply, I activate the FF Log report under Generate MSMP Process Versions in SPRO and now I am able to receive both email and as well to work inbox.

Hi Brahmaiah.
The logon notification is configured through parameter 4008 and can be sent only by email. As it's not a workflow, it won't go to the Inbox.
For every workflow sent to the Inbox you can define a 'new work item' (and also other events) notification email through MSMP. Please check GRFNMW_CONFIGURE or GRFNMW_CONFIGURE_WD transactions.
Finally, there are default texts for all standard notification events. To customize them, please try "Maintain Custom Notification Messages" and "Maintain Text for Custom Notification Messages" at SPRO (path GRC > Access Control > Workflow for Access Control).
Regards,
Marcelo
