NETCH updated in DBVM but not DBVL

In our setup we run both MRP and LTP for some materials. It is noticed recently that for some transactions (such as conversion and rescheduling of planned order to production order), the MRP planning file (Table DBVM) is updated but the corresponding entry in LTP (Table DBVL) was not updated.

Could anyone share some insights to why this might be the case? The impact is that daily MRP which is setup for NETCH will miss these materials and LTP will run only on weekends based on NEUPL setup.

According to this thread it is required to maintain the Scheudling paramters for plan orders(OPU5)

Checked OPU5 - maintained as expected. We did not have this problem all the while, only recently. I also thought it could have been a change in the configuration, but could not find any sign of that so far.
