Hi - We are developing an SMP Hybrid app (using Kapsel/Cordova). The app uses OData calls to retrieve data from our SAP backend system via NetWeaver Gateway (using hub option).
When the OData call tries to retrieve larger quantities of data the call fails after about 20 seconds clock time. The SMP log shows 'Unexpected EOF read on the socket' error:

Can anyone advise on how to fix this problem? All connection-related settings in SMP Admin cockpit are set to at least 60 seconds (60000ms).
Thanks for any help you can provide - Jeff
