Hi Experts ,

We are implemneting Plan driven Scenario with SI SRM version 5.0 SRMserver 5.5. There is no EBP activated.

Only SUS is activated.

Queries -

1 In R3 we are not having Schedulling agreements however in Purchase Order we maintain manually the delivery schedules at the item level will this Delviery schedules be visible in SUS to the supplier without SA.

2 In SUS when we view the purchase Orders we have a pricing information tab where pricing details are shown.

Can we show the break up of all the conditions including that of Taxes to the suppliers.

3 If we create a service Order in R3 with Item Category "D" will this Purchase Orders be displayed in SUS by the supplier and can he create an ASN against such Service Purchase Orders.

4 For MM- Buyer in SUS which roles can be assigned.

I will definetly reward points for the same.

Hi Nimish,

1. Delivery schedules in PO are very much visible in SUS.There is no connection whatsoever between delivery schedule in PO and Scheduling Agreement.SUS treat them as two different documents.

2.You can have Net Value of PO and item level you can see prices of individual items. As per condition of taxes are concerned, standard SUS does not show it. If you want it to be shown on SUS interface, you can certainly do it by modifying the IDOC flowing into SRM from R/3.

3. According to me we can send the service PO to SUS and also can create Service Entry against it. But this functionality is better supported by EBP-SUS scenario.Though I am not sure about this point as I have not worked on such scenario.

4.There is no specific role for Buyer in SUS scenario. But if your buyer is also an administrator then you can assign him role:

A)SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER

B)SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_VENDOR

C)SAP_EC_SUS_MANAGER

I hope this has answered your queries. In case any further queries pls revert back.

Best regards,

Amit

Hi Nikhil

Thanks a lot for reply.

for point 3

MM-sus supports service scenario however it does not support the multi line servces upto verion 5 ie SRM server 5.5 to my knowledge service scenario is supported on one to one basis ie one line of service Item category d will have only one service line and not multiple service lines.

I have rewarded you full points

thanks regards,
