Shift & Break times incorrect on Planning Board

Experts,

I have a discrepancy between the data displayed on the Resource Capacity profile & the data shown on the Detailed Scheduling Planning Board.

Capacity profile on the PPDS resource reflects the correct start/end & break timings of shifts (RES01 t-code), however, the same information is skewed while seen on the Planning Board. On the screen prints below, notice how the Shift end shows to be 23:59:59, for 17th March'17 on the Capacity Data of the resource, but ends @ 19:00:00 on the same date in the DS Planning Board.

This resource has been maintained from S4 as an External Capacity. We use S4 1610.

On the Planning board, I could find the setting for TIME ZONE, which if I set to the Plant's Time zone, the data displays correctly. Is there a way to pull the time zone data by default & not have to set it on the Planning board? Can it, for example, be pulled from the Location settings or the Routing Time zone data?
