Download audit plan with question list in XML format in transaction PLMD_AUDIT

Hi All,

Requirement is question list need to be downloadable in XML format mentioned use the note 597982. XML file should allow to change the values and upload into audit management.

Please help me to find the solution or steps for doing this.
