#computation error in webi..

Hi Experts,

we are facing strange issue.

we are using 4.1 back end BICS connection.

In my report having 3 prompts year, location and state

If i given Year:2016

Location :India

State : MUM

Report is working fine.

If i change the prompt like

If i given Year:2017

Location :India

State : MUM

Report throwing # Computation Error

Could you please give any idea how to resolve the issue.

Its coming from Bex query. I bex query we are created key figure.

Based on year in put selection key figure values change.

Ex: we have a year Prompt if user enter 2016

The key figure vales coming like attached snapshot

I checked all the properties are same for all key figures only particular year getting #SYNTAX.

what is BI 4.1 support pack?

check attached sap note.this is defect in the product and it solved in different support pack and patches in BI 4.1

Hi Amit,

Thank you for your reply.

In that particular column which is mapped Discount key figure is diapering(2.JPEG attachment).

Give me any idea how to overcome this issue.
