Agentry image capture issues

Dear experts,

In my Agentry application, I use an image capture... Nothing extraordinary...

The application runs on a industrial tablet which has both front and rear camera.

When I click on the button to take the picture, a popup is displayed, and I'm able to choose either the front camera or the rear camera. Fine!

Here are my issues :

• when I select the rear camera, the current display is greyed out. But even if a don't see the image of what I aim, I'm able to take the picture.
• What if I would like to use the camera flash? Is there a low level setting I can manage somewhere?

What type of device is this (Android, Windows)? Can you also provide specific model and OS information?

Hi Michael -

Agentry only makes use of device drivers, and do not necessarily have control of the hardware's capability. Let us know which device/OS you are using so we can try to assist where we can.
