Sytem is not generating planning file entry while posting with movement type 711 and 712.Whereas planning file entry is generated duting posting with movement type 710 & 702, can you please have any reason or any config setting is required for same

Hello

As explained in note 27153, a goods movement will not necessarily generate a planning file entry. Generally, the planning file is only marked when the goods movement makes a MRP relevant change.

The note also proposes the customizing setting below as a workaround to always post a goods movemnet:

-> Production -> Material Requirements Planning -> Planning File Entries -> Define Planning File Entries for Goods Movements

On this customizing transaction, you should create an entry for your plant and set the flag "always PFE".

I'm experimenting the same situation for good issue to vendor with 541 O movement.

Could the reason be the same?
