When trying to execute the BC480 program for interactive forms,we are getting a SOAP runtime exception.What can we do about it?

Check the ADS connection available or not using TCode sm59 .

Please check the Connection Test, it should be OK
yaa the path prefix in the
ads is '/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=rpc'..
even then we are getting the same exception.
