mini SAP performance assistant screen problem

I have installed miniSAP 4.6D. When I am pressing F1 on any field,performance assistant comes..In this performance assistant window i am getting The page cannot be displayed..

I tried lot to solve this, but i am unable to get it. Can anyone help me out in this?
