New to CRM

Hi Everyone!

I just completed an 8 week course on CRM but still feel quite lost. Help anybody...please!!!

    Start looking at the CRM Busines Transactions then move onto a specific area(module) in CRM.

    1. Sales

      Thank you Amit,

      I will begin exploring the information with the links you have provided.

      I intend to specialize in CRM Sales. I just feel bad because I no longer have access to database on which I can practise configuration.

    welcome to SDN. You should be a little bit more specific. Where do you want to specialize? CRM is a wide field:

    - PC-UI

    - CRM Mobile Sales

    - Interaction Center Win/Web

    ...

    Can you provide us more specific information about your interrest?
