Hello Experts!

We are using condition technique to calculte tax amount and to determine the tax code, the system is taking the base value from price condition, however we would like to have an statistic condition that would be the base to calculate the tax amount.

Is this possible?

can you give a real business case as example and explain why this should be done and how this actually should look in detail.

right now I understand that you find a tax condition 10% for example and the 10% are calculated based on your purchase price e.g 100$

100$

+ 10$ tax

=110 $ total

and you want that the 10% tax get calculated from a statistical price of lets say 50$ instead of the 100$ real price. Is it that what you want?

Hi Jurgen,

That is exactly what we need, here in Colombia in some cases only a percentage of the price is used as a base to calculate the tax amount, so let´s say the item price is 1000$, only 100$ is taxable, so if the tax is 19% then the tax amoun is 19$.

Thank you guys.

Do you have the Colombia Country Version? Country specific requirements are often only covered in the localization versions.

What is the name of this tax? Using the original name in a search for OSS notes might get the best results. Some OSS notes explain how do certainly setups.
