We are currently having an issue with copying a PO to a GRPO. This PO has been fully approved by all approvers. However, the Copy To button is greyed out with the message 'You cannot create new documents based on documents awaiting approval'. We have not been able to reproduce this issue in sandbox. This issue is quite similar to the one discussed here: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3927448.
Thank you for the note. Both the draft and the document in question, however, had already been fully approved. Our workaround was, strangely enough, to cancel the approval template. This allowed us to copy the PO to a GRPO.
