Output determation from delivery doc

Ok I feel retarded for asking but here goes.

On a delivery I can go up to extra\delivery output\header and then manual add an output type to print it.

I just need to add that output type so it can just be selected from the displayed list, with out having to add it.

The output type selection will be based on delivery type.

OK let try to reword this.

From a delivery that has already been created, then go to the menu extra\delivery output\header

Ok on this screen there can be several output types that have been assigned to this delivery type. There may be an EDI that has been processed and shows a green light.

Then there maybe a couple of yellow light output types that are ready to print, like a bill of lading, or a packing list. These items will be manually printed when needed.

Then you can select other output types by clicking on the green + button at the bottom. Say a different type of bill of lading.

Ok what I want to do as add one of the output types, that can be selected by pressing the green + button, to the opening screen.

Or how do I assign a output type to a delivery type?

Go to SPRO -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Basic Shipping Functions

-> Output Control -> Output Determination -> Maintain Output Determination Procedure

Go to SPRO -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Basic Shipping Functions

Hi Rudolph,

The output type you can use cannot be added manually in the Delivery Output screen.

It has to be assigned in Config via Maintain Output Determination Procedures.

do you want to print the doc then use T-code SPOOL for setting the printer else if you want to see the delivery output on your screen then got to- vf03 -output-screen

else not then please clear your statement
