Custom Analytical Apps in SAPUI5

Dear Experts,

I have worked on some Transactional SAPUI5 applications for some time, now I want to work on a custom Analytical Application, can anybody mention what all different things has to be done i.e system requirements and other stuff for analytical app comparing with transactional app.

Please share any link or any document to start with....

For Analytical apps, you need HANA system. To develop the same on top of personal ID's, I recommend you to use hana trail cloud system.

1. Suite On HANA

- You can use SAP Smart Business

- If enhancement package stack is under 7, backend modelind should be HANA View

- But over EHP8, you can use CDS data modeling.

2. S/4 HANA

- You can use S/4 HANA Embedded Analytics(include SAP Smart Business)

- Data Modeling should be done by CDS

I recommend a YouTube Channel 'HANA Academy'.

There are lots of sub channel, but 'Modeling and Analytics (Data Analyst)' and 'S/4HANA & BW/4HANA (Data Analyst & Application Developer)' could be a good choice for you.
