[BUG]Duplicate Notifications

Not sure if this is just a one time glitch or a new bug but I got several duplicate notifications recently. Notifications are listed in the chronological order and in the screenshot below you can see that after an older notification the newer notifications are listed again. (I redacted some items just to make the screenshot smaller.)

It's not just a display issue - the counter also includes the duplicates.

EDIT: Upon closer look it appears that the same page gets repeated over and over. The page seems to contain some new notifications and some old ones. So when you click More button, it goes: new, old, new, old. Unfortunately, because of that some notifications are no longer visible at all. E.g. now that some new notifications rolled in I can't see some items from earlier today.

I can confirm this for IE11. Clicking "More" just gives me the same list of notifications again and again.

Here at home with Chrome the next bunch of notifications gets shown, so no doubling with that browser. Haven't tested with Firefix though.

Hm, I'm using Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 and the same page just gets rolling... Maybe something to do with cache too? Just a wild guess...

I'm also on version 56.0.2924.87. Strange things are afot.

And now it updated and I'm on 57.0.2987.98, still working for me with that.
