SAP Hybris C4C Territory Management-Cross Visibility Issue.

Hi,

Can you guys help me to understand why I´m not able to see all the accounts from my Team´s territory team´s accounts??

Even with unrestricted Read Access in Access Rights, I´m not able to see all the accounts.

I´m using SAP Hybris C4C 1702 integrated with ECC 6.0 (Accounts both ways).

It should be able for me, (set as Z02-Region´s Owner. Like a Sales Director) to see all the accounts from my team members, set in Territory Management, right?

Please help me to understand it.

    Anthony - How is your Service WC restricted - by org unit or territories ?

    My Territory Team´s Accounts – the system should bring all accounts assigned to the territory where the user is assigned to, as well as all accounts assigned to territories below the territory to which the user is assigned

    Hello Prasanth,

    Thanks for your answer. That's the point...as I already imagined that I should be able to see all the accounts from the territories below my own territory. But it's not working in this way for me.

    Do you know/can explain me if there is any link between the Territory mgnt with Org Structure? In terms of authorization? Related with my issue described above...
