Help needed for ISA Material

Hi,

I am a beginner in SAP-CRM. I am trying to implement the SAP ISA Application extension concept by adding a new entry field. For this i am referring SAP E-COMMERCE 5.0 Basics and landscape. It is discussing things more at theoritical level. Is there any material that discusses the extension concept by providing more examples and demos.
