where do i find OSS notes and how to apply them

i have never applied OSS notes .

so wanted to know where can i find the OSS note(444966)

and what is the procedure to apply it

3. This is the site where sap notes can

be found.

4. But,

U will have to contact ur basis team

There u need a user id and a password.

(It might be some common userid and pasword

which ur basis team might be able to provide)

Go to service.sap.com, you will find 'SAP Notes search' under the SAP support Portal option. You can find and download notes from here.

This will require a service marketplace ID(OSS id) to log on, though.

HI,

you can find service notes on.

www.service.sap.com

you need to have a customer login for accessing notes.

if you have done certification then you will have login otherwise take it from your basis team.

Hi Siddharth

You ll find the OSS notes relevant to your issue from market place under problem solving tab. After identifying the note relevant to your issue execute 'snote' tcode from your R/3 system to import the note into your system.

Tcode is SNOTE :

here u can download and Implement all Sap Notes.

Implementation of Notes in two ways .

1. Automatic implementations : Which can be Identified by a blue Icon.

2. Manual implementation : means putting the Changes / modifiing programs by getting the Access key from service.sap.com

3.before Implementing the Notes u have to check ur SP level with note SP level.

SP : Support Package Level.
