Group items in delivery from STO with schedule lines

We have a STO process between 2 stor. loc in the same plant. Transfer requests are triggered by the MRP several times a day.

As a second step of this MRP job we call ME59N to create transfer orders. This can result in several times the same material number in the transfer order with the same delivery date or different delivery dates.

We also activated the auto delivery creation.

My issue is that I have several times the material in the delivery also even wih the same delivery date. I can understand that due to predecessor data (stock transfer order/item).

To try to solve it, I've tried the creation of the stock transfer order in ME59N with the flag 'Generate schedule lines'. The result is great in the STO. Only one item with several schedule lines. But in the delivery, I still get several items.

I'd like some advice on how the process or SAP could be amended to fit the behavior I expect.

One of the directions I think is to change the Lot size to TB (daily size), but I consider it as my last choice.

Any idea is welcomed. Thanks in advance for your help.

Why is the daily lot size the last wanted option instead of the first choice? Whats wrong with it? What is actually the thing that you want achieve and do not tell us?

Thanks for your comment and your time.

I'm expecting to make my own group of materials in the STO or in the delivery.

The follow-on of the process is a one step transfer and a print per item of the MIGO(101).

This means that currently I get several times the same form for the same material. I was expecting to have only one item in the delivery.

But following your comment and the low number of other suggestions I should probably redefine my priorities for the solution.
