How to verify balances & totals after S/4 HANA conversion

Hello all,

We have just completed the conversion of sandbox client from ECC6.0 to S/4 HANA (1610), for our client.

We would like to verify if all the totals and balances in S/4 HANA system tally with that of ECC. Are there any special SAP provided reports that will give such information, post conversion?

Or we should run the individual SAP tcodes separately to verify the same?

For eg.

1. Stock on hand of materials as seen in MB52

2. Vendor balances from G/L

3. Customer outstandings from G/L

4. List of materials (whether all materials have been migrated)

5. List of vendors (whether all vendors have been migrated)

6. List of customers (whether all customers have been migrated)

The above are just a few examples.

Please clarify.

Thanks

Prabhu

whatever number you want to verify, you need to run the reports before and after the conversion.

    • Thanks for your reply Jurgen. I understand that I need to execute the individual reports to tally the totals of numbers.

However, just like we had the Pre Check report "R_S4_PRE_TRANSITION_CHECKS", which we run before conversion and make sure all items are in Green, is there any Post Conversion summary report that will tell if the data migration for critical items has been completed successfully or not?

      Thanks
