BPMon Detail info in MAI not appered in Alert details

HI All,

when i open the alert details from Alert inbox i am not able to see the "Detail info" tab.

And alert report values of the alert say "4" if i tried to open the values to see from Solman it is trying to connect satelite system and asking me user name password which i dont want.

It should take me directly to UT2 and show the info

My id exist in both systems

My ID having S_RFC S_RFCACL auhorizations

Please provide me solution for both.
