missing in table BIW_CSH_CV

For Revenue, in the datasource 0PS_CSH_WBS, the parked document (60 type) is not extracted because the entry of the table BIW_CSH_CV is missing.

Everybody knows how can I insert a record in this table?

there is some table maintenance?
