Relation Between Design Studio Application and Portable Fragment Bookmarks

Hi Experts,

We have a Design Studio (1.6) application that suddenly gives a DomReaderError (I have opened an OSS for that - still waiting for a reply). Currently we assume it is related to the portable fragment bookmarks in the application, since we can see that the bookmark files created are empty or only contain part of the XML. The older bookmarks are still okay.

Running SELECT * FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE SI_CUID ='AfyDnrv4mBxEuuHEbCsu3XE' gives a list of bookmark IDs from that application (I.e. 2053149). These I can find on the file server in a sub-directory under C:\Fileshares\DevelopmentFRSInput\ (I.e. C:\Fileshares\DevelopmentFRSInput\a_029\084\031\2053149\d207fe85952d4698a872b397112944ca-guid[d9a33a24-384a-427f-be7f-c30c2ee2a1b629].bibok containing the actual bookmark in the specific example). What I am trying to figure out is the link from the application CUID to the bookmark ID without using the query tool. I hope to be able to remove the link from the empty bookmark-files and the application. In local mode there is a *.relations-file where the bookmarks are listed, but that does not seem to be the case on the platform. Help?

Platform: BI 4.1 SP8, Patch 6.
