Help please with ISA

Hi,

I'm trying to configuring ISA but I have many errors I think and I don't know why because and very new in this scenario.

I followed C14 SAP Best Practice in order to configure my catalog and I reach a step in which I have to access to following URL:

http://<host>:<port>/isauseradm/useradmin/init.do?scenario.xcm=ZTELYCO

This scenario (ZTELYCO) exits in my XCM configuration but this URL shows a blank page (no error, no message, nothing)

Does anybody know what's the problem?

Also try restarting the J2EE Engine.

Thank you Jack.

I have a new problem now. I can access to my configured webshop and did the initial replication (all my areas and subareas are active), and all trafic lights are green, so initial replication is successful. Is neccesary to do something in TREX or the catalog is now visible?

When I access to my webshop and I login in it the webshop is displayed but no product are shwon. What's the problem?

At last my product are visible in my webshop but it's very difficult for me to make changes visibles.

Could you guide me in order to reflect changes?

I make a change in product catalog

I make the modificacion replication

I enter in webshop

No changes are reflected

Is there any step missing?

Please help me in this issue

Hi Javier,

First step in this kind of scenarios is to check whether the changes you made are replicated properly or not. for this

1. Go to transaction SRSE.

2. select Area or Product indexes and type language in which the catalog is maintained.

3. Enter the Area name and execute.

4. Check what data has been replicated properly.

If you are able to see the changed data there, it means the changes are replicated to TREX.

5.If you are still not able to see the changes in the webshop, Then check the BP settings since its a B2B scenario you are working on.

Thank you Ganesh but this tcode seems not to work in my system. Always I execute it the system does anything, although part of my catalog is replicated to web server. It has a bit extrange behaviour.

what if after a replication of a catalog the catalog cannot be selected in trx. SRSE?

Try accessing the url without the scenario.

Also ensure that you have made ZTELYCO as the default scenario.
