unable to configure CCMS alerts

Hi All,

I'm trying to configure alerts in RZ20.

e.g. whenever there is an error in Mapping (EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE), I can see the alerts in rz20, but I cannot trigger an alert to Alert Inbox.

I tried to follow the following weblog:

/people/sap.user72/blog/2005/03/03/alert-management--use-it-in-ccms-to-shorten-response-times-for-business-critical-situaltions

But it's not working.

Any help?

Regards,

Puloma.

      Hi All,

The problem is that even if I assign a Method to the MTE class (and the node), it is not able to send alerts to alert Inbox, or send mails.

      I used methods like CCMS_Send_Alert_to_ALM or CCMS_OnAlert_Email.

What is the solution to this?

      Regards,

      Puloma.
