Workflow standard User decision task triggering to both SAP inbox and external mails

Hi Experts,

I am working on workflow implementation as I am new to workflow feeling some difficultness

on this issue, I am using a standard workflow user decision step for approvals and assigned agents to expression. everything is working fine but while the time of triggering user decision it is triggering to both SAP inbox and also to external mail id (gmail, outlook...etc) which are assigned to user in su01.

My requirement is to restrict the mails coming to the external email ids, the user decision is to be triggered only to SAP inbox. Please help me on this

Hi Sundeep,

what I feel is its because may be RSWUWFML2 job or Extended Notification is set which is picking the mails from Inbox and sending to external.

So deactivate it, it should work.

Hi,

If the employees are configured in HR then probably you can read the infotype PA0105 and subtype I guess 010 for email address

Please check whether the user decision task is configured in the variant of the report RSWUWFML2.

Otherwise, please check in extended notifications.

Hi, since RSWUWFML2 is fairly old and obsolete also check if that user decision is used in a filter of extended notification.

Actually your first task is, where are the emails created and how.
