Hi all

I want to enter start and end time &date in IW41 and that the actual time will be calculated automatically and will be seen in the cost report of the order.

But I only see it of I enter actual work

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Irit

Irit,

The Actual Start/End Dates/Times are derived from the individual confirmations.

This information is then summarised into the order header:

This data is then visible in IW38/9.

Thanks Peter

Sorry, I still don't understand where do I enter start and end time & date in IW41 instead of actual work and that SAP will calculate the actual work (if it's even possible)

The work start and work end are used to calculate the actual start/end dates/times.

Have a look at the CONFPM* user-exits to see if the actual work from the actual start/end dates/times.

OK I will

Thanks

So again, I understand from your answer that in order for the sap to calculate automatically the actual work from the start and end tome and date I must use developer

As far as I know, yes you will need a developer.
