problem in printing not from locl

the user want to print not in his defulat printer "locl",

the basis create for him printer name "kuku" based/copy

on "LOCL" , when the user try to send the print through

this new printer nothing happend , so :

1) is the right solution for it is copy of locl ?

2) is there any other option to do so ?
