Changing oft the subscription (notificator@mycompany.com) email adress

Hi,

where can i change the Subscription email adress?

I will change the notificator@mycompany.com adress in a different adress but where can i do that?

By enroled subscription the emails are send to this address...

Can anyone help me?

Hi Christian,

you need to go to System Administration -> System Configuration -> Knowledge Management -> Content Management -> Utilities -> Channels -> Channel Originators

HI,

Goto system admin->system config->Knowledge management->content management->global services->show advanced options->notificator service->[originators] subscription.EMAIL(click on the link)->select a service->edit ->change the e-mail id
