The last time that a report or transaction was used

Hi to all,

Is there any way to know, when was the last time that a report or transaction was used?. It would be some thing like in table USR02 for the users, or STAT but only the last time.

Hi Eduardo,

If SM19/SM20 is not configured, I would get the report name or transaction code, then do the following:

Tcode ST03 on 46C - Performance database - last month/week/day - Transaction profile

OR

Tcode ST03N on 46C or Tcode ST03 on 640 - expert mode - select by month/week/day - Transaction profile - standard

It should work, but need a bit time to retrieve the info sometimes.

When I check system using the method what you provided , I found some Tcode have 2 users records on it. How could I know which user is last one?

Hi Jenny,

I am afraid that it would not be available from ST03/ST03N. Basically we are using the Performance Monitor to answer Admin/Audit questions.

SM19/SM20 could be configured to record every logon, program/transaction, etc. One stream file would be generated per day, but SAP would automatically clean up old files.
