log is full

I have installed SAP NW04 sneak preview on my system. Portal was working fine till yesterday. Now SAPMMC doesn't come to green. server0 still says "starting apps" (almost 3:00 hrs).

I heard that this problem raises when log is 100%. How back this log and create a new media.

Help needed...thankyou.
