Uncaught SAP theming exception when trying to add target pages

Hi Gurus,

I am getting an uncaught exception like below when I am trying to add a target page ( with URL of FIORI Launchpad ) in the UI theme designer.

"Uncaught sap.theming.ui.ApiException:Extracting CSS configuration failed for "https://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com:8001/sap/public/bc/themes/~client-700/UI5/sap/fiori/themes/sap_chrome/library.css".[ERROR "120"] " . Any ideas how to solve this? ( the above error xxxxxxxxxx stands for the domain name which I have not shared here ) -
