Planned Working Time in Actual Utilisation report

Hi all,

I am trying to setup the Actual Utilisation report to work correctly. While the actual work done is coming up correctly, for some reason, the demand is coming as initial/zero. Thus, the utilisation is also getting shown as initial/zero.

I have setup the time model (Daily and Period) and assigned it to the Employee in Time Administration.

I can also see that the planned (8 Hours) hours are also available in the Time Sheet.

I have also setup the resource for the job and am able to record time against project and invoice it, etc.

But, I am not able to figure out, why its(demand) missing in the report as shown earlier.

Anything that I am missing here?

    hi Harsh Shrotriya...I'm facing the same problem with actual utilization reports....did you get the answer for it?
