Cancellation of Transfer Order

Hi,

I am using WMCAID01 IDOC type for cancel transfer order. As it sends only the line item and cancel request, my client also wants to know whether it is a pick or putaway.

Pick and Putaway can be determined only using source storage type and destination storage type. Do i need to extend the idoc and add an user exit or any other possibility is there.
