Hi All,

I am working on a SAP Contact Center - On premises project. I did the settings required to integrate between the SAP CC and CRM and I am able to see the ready/not ready button enabled and whenever I change the status on IC that's reflecting to CDT.

But I am not able to do out going calls from the IC , the area above the telephone toolbar is disabled, how can I make it active so that I can put in the numbers.

The other question I have is in the SC -System Management - Modules - Integration Interface - SAP Phone Configuration - Server Connection do I need to give the server path , if so in what format.
