How to keep user selected file name on the page?

HI,

I am working on BSP application, I need to check in files to DMS through BSP page, I am able to check in files to the DMS. But after user selecting the file name(I am using HTLMB Fileupload element in the layout) & clicking the submit button, if user didn't maintain required fields/maintain wrong data, I am able to give error message to the user, but user selected file is not appearing on the page, so user has to select file again before submitting page again. Please let me know how to keep user selected file on the page while displaying errors.
