place this formula in Quantity Sold column.

=[Quantity sold] Where ([Year]="2004")

do you want to show the quantity sold in 2004 + 2005 or just qty sold in 2004 in a cell? If its the first condition you can do it as shown below or if its other way around then go with Amit's suggestion.

= [Qty] where ([Year]="2004") + [Qty] where ([Year]="2005")

Hi Amit Kumar & Kuldeep Ghosh,

Thank you!!!

As you said, I tried and got output.

I want to show 25/12/2015 Quantity Sold values in both 26/12/2015 and 27/12/2015

Now i need output for below query

=[Quantity sold] Where ([Date]='25/12/2015')

above query i tried but i didn't get output.

Hi Rajesh,

It may not be the ideal way of calculating measures, looks like too much manual work. Apart from that discussion, the formula would be
=[Quantity Sold] where ([Date]=todate("25/12/2015";"dd/MM/yyyy"))
If you get an error, try using the date "12/25/2015".

Thanks,
Mahboob Mohammed
