Activity Type/Service Number how to determine cost and retail price

I want to know more regarding activity types and its service number. From what I know they are connec

ted via Activity Type -> Cost Center -> Service Number.

My question is regarding determining its cost and retail price. On what level is it mantained (cost center or activity tye, etc.) and how does one maintain them? Thank you all and good day.
