Table with fixed number of rows

Hello,

I need to create a top 10 in webi but the problem is that if, let's say, i only have 4 rows which meet my criteria, the rest of the rows (6 to 10) needs to appear and to be blank. At the bottom should be a total of the data above. I tried to create 3 different tables and overlap them but the problem is that the data needs to be exported into xlsx file and the tables won’t overlap anymore, bo rearranges the tables one below the other. Another problem is that i need to have a input control on the data so the top will change depending on what the user chooses. The report contains nine attributes and an amount. Any ideas on how can i create this kind of table?
