We are first time closing the ML in our production system. Hence we need to close all the previous periods in ML.
We have started the periods from 2014 onwards and for Dec /2014 we are stuck.
In the last step, post closing using the work around "MUST_CLOSE", system is issue error message "Period 12/2014 not opened".
We are already in March/2017. How can we open the past period in 2014 now ?
How can we resolve this issue. Without closing Dec/2014, I cannot close the next period Jan/2015.
